Flexible scheduling at Wolfe. Courteous service reps. Service usually completed early and for sure always on time. Very pleasant bistro to sit in and wait, complete with free snacks !
Mr. Ruckman was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what work was needed and made his recommendations. I didn't feel pressured to agree to have all of the work he suggested done. It was very clear they were his recommendations, but that the decisions were ultimately mine and he was respectful of that.
I needed to get a new car, and the 4Runner was at the top of my list. I went out to Jay Wolfe, even though there are dealerships closer to me, because it’s an excellent facility with great choices, and mainly because Maurice is the salesman I wanted to work with. I went in not expecting to actually leave with a new car that day, and expected it to take at least a week for them to get done what I wanted. I left there with my new 4Runner that same day, and every staff member I encountered was great. Their bistro is a nice touch, and shows they want you comfortable and taken care of while you wait. My first visit to Jay Wolfe was excellent.
While full service towards the end of the business day can sometimes take an hour and a half to two hours, Joy Wolfe makes the wait pleasant, with friendly employees, great food, and a very nice lounge area. I have always had a great experience working with Pam. I noticed a couple small details had been overlooked in my service appointment (unusual for Jay Wolfe!), contacted her, immediately heard back, and came back in the next afternoon for a 10 minute turnaround. No hassle.
Kyle was my service representative and he did a great job of getting me in quickly. He listened to my concerns and added that to the service ticket. Plus, the reception area is second to none.
DJ is great. Very patient while we decided what we wanted. Other salesmen need to take notes. I will definitely send people his way if they are looking for a new or used car.
No issues, about an hour for regular scheduled service, oil change, rotate tires, balance... good ride no complaints from me. The waiting room is very nice, very comfortable, very crowded, has food and coffee and cold like a showroom floor today, the words inviting warm and intimate have long been replaced with cold, sharp, and stark...a form of comfort not comfortable for me. It's not like there's any choice in the industry of jelly bean vehicles today, every place looks alike, too?
