Excellent service in all areas: very friendly and helpful staff, good food, clean environment. The wait time was short. My tires were rotated and the oil changed and I was not pressured into further services.
Mark's professionalism, as always, is exceptional. After we picked our car up, Mark called because he wasn't there at the pick up time to discussed some of the future issues. At my request, he sent an email with different estimates for future tires. He is thoughtful and conscientious. What an asset to an industry where a customer must rely mostly on the advice of the service manager. We met him when we had a Toyota but we continue to bring other cars too. Thanks, Mark!
