“Can you give me a ride home after I drop off my vehicle?”

Yes, our dealership provides shuttle services for our customers to help make the process as hassle-free as possible. Our objective is to make each trip to our collision center a positive experience that protects your busy life. We can provide pickup and delivery service as needed.

“How can I get a claim number?”

We do not issue insurance claim numbers as that is the responsibility of the insurance provider. When you provide the accident report to the insurance agent, the claim number is usually issued at that time. We recommend saving the claim number and bringing it in with the vehicle to start the repair process. We can take it from there.

 Schedule Service

“Who takes care of the parts that I need for my repair?”

Yes, we will generally order all of the necessary parts when we inspect the vehicle damage, write the service estimate, and schedule the vehicle for repair. When the time comes to begin repairs, the parts are here and we can get the job done quickly and conveniently. Our customers never have to order parts on their own.

“If the frame has been damaged, will the car be a total loss?”

No, that is a common misconception. A vehicle is only at a total loss when the cost of the repairs exceeds the insurance company’s valuation for the vehicle. Today’s vehicles are engineered using a unibody design with the frame and body as one. Our technicians have the training and skill to use computerized frame repair equipment to measure and adjust the frame as needed to restore factory specifications. If the frame has a section that is bent or damaged beyond repair, that particular section can be replaced.

“Are you able to match my paint accurately?”

Yes, we have cutting-edge paint technology that matches paint precisely.

“Can I schedule services while it is at the collision center?”

Yes, simply tell your service advisor about the other work that you need and we can make those arrangements.

“How long does the repair process take?”

Every service is different, but your advisor can provide you with an estimate.
